Large living-dining room in a fully renovated maison de maître. The room is very bright thanks to its 5 south-east-facing windows. We have several sofas and 2 tables that can seat a total of 16 people. A refreshment area provides a fridge, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There's a covered smoking area outside. In summer, you can take a break on the terrace! There are a few steps down to the ground floor. Possibility of parking 3 cars in the courtyard. I'll be there to welcome you, then I'll stay in another room of the house. Possibility of renting out chambres d'hôtes (3 rooms available) as a complement The house is very well located, 5 minutes' walk from the SNCF train station and the town center.
