The house is very comfortable, with 7 or 8 bedrooms depending on demand (including one in the guest house), and can accommodate up to 18 adults on request. The house boasts a 12m x 5.5m swimming pool, a large outdoor Napoleon gas barbecue and several furnished outdoor areas (terrace with large table, reading corner in the garden, sunset aperitif area by the pond, etc.). The living room is very comfortable with 3 universes, the first with 3 large sofas facing a huge Corten steel fireplace designed by an architect, on the other side a second sitting area with film projection and in the center a raw wood table that can accommodate up to 20 people.

In the morning, it's just a 10-minute walk to the village where you can pick up your pains au chocolat via the little forest path. The village is a 2-minute drive away, where you'll find a bakery, two butchers, a tobacconist, a mini-market, a pharmacy, a recycling center and the post office.

The property offers a wide range of activities: swimming pool, French billiards, table tennis, chess, board games, video projector for watching films, telescope for stargazing, forest walks, fishing in the pond (bring your own equipment).

The region is renowned for its fishing, golf and hiking. The Chaumont-en-Vexin golf course (18 holes) is within the Château de Bertichères grounds, a 25-minute drive away. The Rebetz golf course (18 holes) is also nearby. Numerous hiking, horse-riding and cycling trails are within easy reach of the house, thanks to direct access to the woods. The greenway also crosses the village, allowing you to reach the sea in 4h30 by bike.

Beauvais train station is only 20 minutes away by car, and the airport 25 minutes.

The nearest station is Herchies, a 15-minute drive away.
