With a passion for decoration and interior design, I made one of my dreams come true by renovating this atypical place. Loaded with history, this loft was a former grocery store during the 2nd World War. The loft features a large living room with table soccer and hanging chair, a dining room, a modern open kitchen with island, a night space with 3 bedrooms, an independent space and a large shower room. A patio is also available.

A magnificent loft, a warm welcome!!! I recommend ...
I'd like to thank Sabrina for making this magnificent place available to me. The loft is not only steeped in history, but also full of positive vibes thanks to its modern and above all tasteful decor! This place is just perfect for events or film shoots, and is very pleasant for workshops. The loft is spacious and also perfectly equipped: a paper board, a video projector, a beautiful television with HDMI plug for projecting all your presentations. The kitchen area is also very attractive and has all the necessary resources, including a Nespresso coffee machine. The foosball table and ping-pong table were also appreciated by the teams, making for a great atmosphere during the installation of the equipment. I'd also like to point out that the location is also very well insulated, which makes this loft the ideal place for a day's shooting. In fact, we shot for over 12 hours in a row, in the best possible conditions. A special mention to Sabrina, who was very accommodating and pleasant! All in all, we'd recommend the place 110% - it was a great experience, and we know we'd do it again!

Our event was a success from start to finish, thanks to Sabrina and her amazing loft! Discussions to prepare the event were fluid, and during the visit Sabrina suggested several options for the layout of the spaces. The venue is truly modular! In the end, we opted for a theatrical layout facing the venue's video projector. The kitchen area is elegant and discreet, and the large work surface enabled us to prepare a generous sweet and savoury break. The place met all our needs for this day of work and relaxation: coffee machine/ kettle/ video projector/ outdoor space for smokers/ parking spaces all in an absolutely calm and bright loft, I recommend it!
From making contact to our arrival at the New York break, everything went perfectly. Sabrina is a very attentive host. Our shoot was a success. I highly recommend her!
