Our light-filled house is located in an exceptionally quiet, virtually traffic-free street, 10 minutes from the Mairie de Montreuil metro station. It has a garden and a terrace with a view of other gardens. You'll feel like you're in the countryside, with birdsong just outside Paris. You can park several vehicles on the street, free of charge. The house is divided into three levels:

• Garden level: 1 children's bedroom with bay window opening onto the garden and independent access, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, 1 bedroom with piano.
• Ground floor: accessed via the main staircase, the living room (40m2) with a brick wall, a wood-burning stove, a fully-equipped kitchen with glass roof (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.) opening onto the living room and a large bay window that opens onto the terrace (doubling the room's surface area), a bathroom with a lion-foot bathtub.
• 1st floor: 3 bedrooms all with velux windows, a battery in one of the bedrooms, a bathroom with walk-in shower.
