Tastefully decorated, well-equipped and bright, this contemporary home opens onto a terrace and a beautiful wooded garden. It's in the heart of a very quiet residential area, yet only 5 minutes from the old town and the magnificent Humanist Library, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Numerous shops nearby, if required. You'll find a vast living-dining room and a large open kitchen, both overlooking the garden and terrace. This 50 m2 workspace, equipped with WiFi and TV with HDMI cable, can easily accommodate 8 to 12 people (up to 15 if required). There's a shower room with WC on the ground floor, a bathroom with WC on the 1st floor, and two bedrooms if required (on request). I'll be happy to leave drinks in the fridge. The house's forecourt can accommodate up to three cars.
