Le logement est composé de deux niveaux. 
Au rez-de-chaussée, on retrouve une cuisine  toute équipée ouverte sur la pièce à vivre. On y retrouve également une salle d’eau.

L’étage est composé de deux chambres (un lit 160x200, trois lits 90x200) et une salle de bain complète à l’étage. Il est possible sur simple demande de rajouter un lit d’appoint ou un lit bébé.

Une terrasse agréable est également accessible depuis la cuisine.

The apartment has two levels.
The first floor features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto the living room. There is also a shower room.

Upstairs are two bedrooms (one 160x200 bed, three 90x200 beds) and a full bathroom. An extra bed or crib can be added on request.

A pleasant terrace is also accessible from the kitchen.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
