Notre maison est constitué d'un double volume atypique en étage : un premier sur 2 étages avec 3 chambres et une grande salle de bain (tournage). Le second à un étage bureau.
Elle est constitué d'un espace particulièrement singulier en RDC qui connecte lees deux : 4 mètre de large sur 16m, et même 22 en intégrant la cours exterieur.
Son aménagement est réalisé en contreplaqué : cuisine, bibliothèque et escaliers (il y en a 2)
Le plafond et l'aménagement a un certain caractère avec notamment une grande verrière centrale.
Nous avons un parking a proximité.

Our house features an atypical double volume on two floors: the first on 2 floors with 3 bedrooms and a large bathroom (turning). The second has an office floor.
It features a particularly singular space on the ground floor that connects the two: 4 m wide by 16 m, and even 22 m including the outside courtyard.
The layout is in plywood: kitchen, library and stairs (there are 2).
The ceiling and layout have a certain character, with a large central skylight.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
