Spacious town house 20 minutes from Paris

Our bourgeois style / meulière house is located 20 minutes from Paris by metro, in the heart of the Gennevilliers village district, with no neighbors in the immediate vicinity and no opposite neighbours.

Whether you're renting the house for a shooting, a film shoot or a meeting, you can change the layout of the house as you wish, subject to repositioning the furniture at the end of the service.

The village district has excellent transport links (the house is a 1-minute walk from the streetcar). Metro, bus and RER services are also available to and from Paris.

And you're just a 5-minute walk from all the shops in town (bakery, tobacconist, pharmacy, mini-market, restaurants, doctor's surgery, etc.).

The house features large living rooms (40m2 living room and 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are 20m2) and high ceilings (3m) in all rooms. All rooms are equipped with bed linen and towels for all guests.

For your breakfast or breaks, the kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, tassimo, toaster... not to mention the kitchen must-haves: fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave...

Finally, the exterior features a 70m2 covered terrace (cosy corner, barbecue area, ping-pong table...), a unique secret garden in the heart of the city and a parking area. 2 cars can easily be parked. WCs are available on the terrace, and the house can be accessed via 2 separate entrances (via the porch and via the terrace).
