Under a ceiling height of 3.40m, worthy of a Parisian Haussmann apartment, and above the reception table, an oversized bronze chandelier dominates the entire room, giving the place an extraordinary air. Herringbone parquet flooring, a functional period fireplace and moldings sit alongside a large glass roof entirely designed in wrought iron, a large Berber rug, a Togo Ligne Roset armchair, a Sarah Lavoine banquette, and other pieces bringing a warm, cocooning atmosphere to the place.

The apartment then boasts 5 bedrooms, including a master suite with an open shower room designed entirely in marble with the help of Surfaces. The brass faucets match perfectly with the glass roof designed in the same materials. Accompanied by a color consultant from Maison Little Green, we chose a "talc" color to give this room a calm and serene ambience. Another bathroom with bathtub in a slightly more modern ambience is also available.

The other bedrooms have been designed with the same desire to make this apartment a place you won't want to leave.

The "jungle" fresco in the youngest child's bedroom adds a touch of escapism that leaves no one indifferent. There's also a piano in the colorful hallway.
