Construit entre 1875 et 1877, le Fort de Feyzin est l’un des maillons de la deuxième ceinture de Lyon et plus globalement du système Séré-de- Rivières. En 2003, la Ville de Feyzin achète le Fort et lance son programme de rénovation. Classé “Espace Naturel Sensible”, le Fort de Feyzin est entouré de 26 hectares de bois. Le cadre naturel exceptionnel, en dehors de la ville, se prête à la pratique d’activités récréatives et sportives. 
Le Fort propose et accueille depuis septembre 2022 des évènements pour toutes les entreprises en quête d’espaces atypiques et modulables au cœur d’un lieu patrimonial.

Built between 1875 and 1877, the Fort de Feyzin is one of the links in Lyon's second belt, and more generally in the Séré-de-Rivières system. In 2003, the town of Feyzin purchased the Fort and launched its renovation program. Classified as a "sensitive natural area", the Fort de Feyzin is surrounded by 26 hectares of woodland. The exceptional natural setting, outside the city, lends itself to recreational and sporting activities.
Since September 2022, the Fort has been offering and hosting events for all companies looking for atypical, modular spaces in the heart of a heritage site.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
