Il est à l'étage composé de 2 pièces lumineuses, et au rez-de-chaussée d'un vaste salon de 150M2 et d'une cuisine entièrement équipée ainsi que d'une petite terrasse. Au final, le lieu laisse entrer une **lumière naturelle** précieuse pour vos évènements et réalisations, et vous propose de **beaux espaces modulables** à même de réaliser la prestation dont vous rêvez.

The **ancienne usine** is now a meeting place for artists, just 10 minutes by metro from Nation (Croix de Chavaux stop). It comprises 2 bright rooms on the first floor, and a vast 150M2 living room and fully-equipped kitchen on the first floor, as well as a small terrace. All in all, the place lets in precious **natural light** for your events and creations, and offers **beautiful modular spaces** capable of delivering the service you've been dreaming of.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
