THE VIEW! Ready to take in the sights? Located on the 29th floor, the apartment boasts a breathtaking view of the entire capital. The Eiffel Tower, Sacré Coeur, Notre-Dame... you can see all the major Parisian landmarks.

DESIGN_ This large, bright space is ideal for photo shoots and filming:

• on one side, an open kitchen with a central island, ideal for food shoots
• in the center, a large table for 8 people, with its architect-designed bookcase
• a cosy, designer lounge area with a glass roof, ideal for interviews
• all complemented by a half-open office thanks to a magnificent made-to-measure glass roof.

The whole apartment is decorated in a contemporary, warm and designer style. Works of art can be found everywhere, including in the bathroom.

You can also take photos in the other rooms:

• a large, clean and calm bedroom
• a smaller bedroom, with dark blue walls and a boudoir feel
• or in the large, minimalist hotel-style bathroom, with shower and bathtub

PRACTICAL_ The building has a dedicated parking area (and a large elevator) for unloading your equipment. Parking space included (others can be reserved on a daily basis). Easy access from La Défense and the ring road
