Cocooning apartment with large, bright living room (on the top floor) and open kitchen. The living room has 2 large sofas (seating 8) and a beautiful fireplace that can be lit. In the dining room, you'll find a large wooden table with velvet seating for 10. The kitchen is open to the living/dining room, with a bar on the work surface and 3 chairs. On the upper floor there's a mezzanine with a desk (usually my office) and a large sofa to ensure a more intimate and discreet space. This space has a large bay window opening onto the living/dining room, with 2 velux windows. The apartment is very well located in Puteaux; in the "vieux Puteaux" district, 100m from the Pont de Puteaux. At the bottom of the building, a dozen restaurants and a very busy shopping street (Monoprix, pharmacy....). Parking is available 3 minutes from the building, and tramway line 2 is a 10-minute walk away.

A place that looks just like the photos and more! All rooms are usable and the furniture removable. A superb welcome, a lovely host who is professional and available. I recommend this place a thousand times over for all your professional projects (filming, shooting, advertising) you won't be disappointed!

The place is really incredible, even better in person than on the photos. Virginie made us feel very welcome. Her hospitality, kindness and involvement really touched me.
