Located on the 8th floor of a recent building with a colorful brick facade, our apartment boasts a beautiful 80 m² terrace facing south-west: the perfect place for lunch or a break in the garden lounge, or a few dribbles on the artificial turf!
Inside, the atmosphere is cosy and colorful. To work in meeting mode, the double lounge, kitchen, vestibule (entrance, storage, WC) and terrace are all allocated. In production mode, the entire apartment (with the exception of a small 9m² bedroom) is available.
Our apartment is located in the Docks de Saint-Ouen district, an 8-minute walk from the Mairie de Saint-Ouen metro station (lines 13 and 14). Public parking is available 50m away.

It was a pleasure to stay in Keti and Jabert's apartment. Very welcoming and available for any questions. The apartment is perfect for a film crew to shoot both in the apartment and on the superb terrace. Highly recommend.
