The house is located 15 minutes from the RER B station (on foot), or there's a bus service for those who don't like walking. In 20 minutes, you can reach Paris or Charles de Gaulle by RER. It's close to the A3 and A86 motorways into Paris. The town center, with its shops and restaurants, is a 10-minute walk away. Basement: a 35 m2 living room with white walls, ideal for games, relaxation or projection. Ground floor: the entrance opens onto a 60 m2 living room with lounge, dining room and open kitchen with central island and bar chairs. This gives access to an unoverlooked 35 m2 terrace, which gives the impression of being in the countryside and facing due south. The living room and garden table welcome you to enjoy the sunshine, and 2 parasols are available for protection from the sun. You can come by car and park easily in the street and nearby streets, as the area is free of charge, which is pleasant.
