Très bel appartement situé à 5 minutes de Paris avec la gare, le métro, les bus et le tramway à proximité. 
Le parc de la Villette et le canal sont situés à quelques minutes à pied pour s'y détendre ou prévoir un pique nique dehors. 
On profite d'une cuisine équipée et ouverte sur le séjour, d'une table extensible et d'un grand bureau de 180 cm pour compléter et d'une chambre. 
Les deux pièces de vie sont équipées de belles cheminées non fonctionnels. 
Le salon présente trois espaces: 
-un espace détente avec le canapé et la TV
- un espace bureau
- un espace salle a manger. 

Je peux mettre a disposition un petit déjeuner d'accueil, un tableau, des feuilles et des stylos afin de favoriser le plus simplement possible une réunion de travail ou d'échange. 
Le lieu est calme et reposant.

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, with an extendable table and a large 180 cm desk to complete the space, and a bedroom.
Both living areas feature beautiful, non-functional fireplaces.
The living room has three areas:
-a relaxation area with sofa and TV
- an office area
- a dining area.

I can provide a welcome breakfast, a chalkboard, sheets of paper and pens to make it as easy as possible to set up a work or discussion meeting.
The place is calm and relaxing.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
