Downtown co-working - 4 different spaces

In the center of town, but in a quiet location with terrace and garden, 7-minute walk from the station. Street parking and indoor bicycle garage available if required.

As a home-based start-up, we have 3 to 4 different work spaces:

• An independent space with a small kitchen (fridge, freezer, sink, kettle and microwave), whiteboard, 3 offices on the first floor overlooking the garden (4th photo).

• Table space (max. 6 people) upstairs overlooking the terrace, open to the living room and kitchen-bar.

• Lounge area with 2 sofas and coffee table for a more cosy, relaxed setting.

• Bar area for working seated or standing up (outside mealtimes), wide table, for up to 4 people.

A microwave and oven are available, as are a coffee maker and kettle. Fridge and washing machine too! Smokers are not allowed inside, but can take refuge outside on the terrace and in the garden.

A printer (A4 max) and scanner are available on request for small quantities.

Nearby: bar and restaurants, street food, sushi, tobacconist's, bakery (sandwiches & drinks), hairdresser, market, mini-market, cash machines, post office, pharmacy, clothes store, shady park with benches, cinema, bookshop...

The spaces on the first floor are available until 6 p.m., while the independent space on the ground floor is available until 8 p.m., or longer on request.
