Le cabanon perché avec son entrée indépendante est un lieu reposant. Il est niché au milieu des arbres mais à proximité des transports (Ligne H gare d'Enghien les Bains) et comporte un terrasse sous les branches. Cet espace est dédié à la reflexion et peut accueillir des groupes de 10 à 12 personnes en Réunion ou proposer 4 ou 5 espaces de bureau. Ce lieu est une annexe de la maison et peut être privatisé.
A 10 minutes, on trouve le golf de Domont, le lac, le casino et le champ de course d'Enghien les bains.

The perched cabanon with its independent entrance is a restful place. It's nestled among the trees but close to transport links (Line H, Enghien les Bains station), and features a terrace under the branches. This space is dedicated to reflection and can accommodate groups of 10 to 12 people for meetings, or offer 4 or 5 office spaces. This space is an annex of the house and can be privatized.
The Domont golf course, lake, casino and Enghien les bains racetrack are just 10 minutes away.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
