La Maison est une magnifique demeure bourgeoise bâtie en 1870 par Alfred Motte, fondateur d'une grande dynastie textile roubaisienne. 
La Maison a été rénovée entièrement et est aujourd'hui utilisée en lieu de séminaire et de formation.
Elle compte 1450 m2 sur cinq niveaux. Le riz-de-chaussée et le premier étage sont les espaces spécifiquement dédiés à l'accueil du public et de groupes.


La Maison is a magnificent bourgeois residence built in 1870 by Alfred Motte, founder of a great Roubaix textile dynasty.
The house has been completely renovated and is now used as a seminar and training center.
It spans 1450 m2 on five levels. The ground and second floors are specifically dedicated to welcoming the public and groups.
