Dans ce bureau haut de gamme de 180 m2 entièrement refait à neuf, vous pourrez profiter d'un espace de travail et de deux salles supplémentaires de 32 m2 chacune. Une cuisine, 2 WCs et une salle de douche, et une loge maquillage viennent compléter ce lieu. 

Moderne et lumineux, tous les événements sont envisageables : séminaires, journée d'étude, comités et formations, conférence, ateliers, projections, réunions, rendez-vous d'affaires, team building, ... 

Les deux secondes salles qui complètent l'espace peuvent servir pour vos travaux de groupes ou sous-commission (les salles sont insonorisées).  

Cet espace est également utilisé comme studio d'enregistrement vidéo/podcast.

Welcome to our cozy, versatile space, designed with simplicity and comfort in mind!

This top-of-the-range 180 m2 office has been completely refurbished, and includes a work area and two additional rooms, each measuring 32 m2. A kitchen, 2 WCs and a shower room, as well as a make-up dressing room complete the space.

Modern and bright, it's ideal for all kinds of events: seminars, study days, committees and training courses, conferences, workshops, screenings, meetings, business meetings, team building, etc.

The two second rooms that complete the space can be used for group work or sub-committees (the rooms are soundproofed).  

This space is also used as a video/podcast recording studio.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
