Cet espace accueille tous type d'évènements de 20 à 200 personnes.
Modularité, liberté et adaptabilité sont les maîtres mots de ce lieu si singulier. Privatiser l'ensemble des 4 espaces ou seulement un, deux ou trois niveaux, vous avez le choix! Cerise sur "son" chapeau: son toit terrasse, un grand rooftop végétalisé qui vous permet de profiter d'un extérieur tout en restant au Karé.

Entirely renovated and redesigned, it's a unique venue that's completely modular and exclusive. With a total surface area of 800m2, conceived over 3 brightly-lit levels, plus a rooftop, it plunges you into different worlds and invites you to travel. The space can accommodate events of all kinds, from 20 to 200 people.
Modularity, freedom and adaptability are the watchwords of this unique venue. Privatize all 4 spaces, or just one, two or three levels - the choice is yours! The icing on the cake is the rooftop terrace, a large green roof that lets you enjoy the outdoors while staying at Karé.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
