Appartement lumineux et plein de personnalité, de beaux espaces. Propriétaire sympathique, réactif et arrangeant. Cependant : - la propreté laissait largement à désirer : odeurs d'animaux très fortes en arrivant, poussière et poils sur le sol, traces aux murs et aux fenêtres, on a du faire un peu de ménage pour pouvoir shooter. - Je savais que le propriétaire possédait des chats qui seraient absents lors du shoot. Cependant, il semblerait que l'appartement abrite aussi un chien, ce qui a posé problème pour une personne de notre équipe allergique. Il y a aussi un serpent dans un vivarium. Je n'ai pas de souci avec les petites bêtes mais il y a des phobiques, et prévenir en amont de sa présence me semble important. - Des éléments mis en avant sur les photos manquaient : notamment la platine vinyle, que j'avais repéré pour un set. Il y a également deux énormes arbres à chats, un dans le salon, empêchant de shooter tout ce pan de mur, et un autre qui avait été déplacé dans l'atelier à l'étage. Donc lieu compliqué pour shooter, malgré un propriétaire très agréable.
