My apartment is the perfect refuge of peace of quiet while having the convenience of being close to Paris. With lots of space and sunlight, the place feels airy: my apartment features an open living area with a couch for relaxing. 

A kitchen that can handle light cooking and has all the essentials. A glass dining table for two can be a workspace for digital nomads.

The bathroom has everything you need, including a shower, clean towels and toiletries. 

Cleaning and sanitisation will be done before your anticipated arrival.

**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
