Villa with sea view in the Gulf of Saint-Tropez

Come and discover the Gulf of Saint-Tropez from a charming, family-friendly address: Les Issambres, a commune adjacent to Sainte-Maxime. Our renovated, air-conditioned house (approx. 170m²), set on a 1000m² plot, is ideally located close to the center of town, with excellent sea views. An infinity pool (unheated) with pool house (barbecue) is at your disposal. You can also enjoy the sunshine from 2 large terraces. All bedrooms (3 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds) have a sea view (except one, which has a hill view) and a shower room (or bathroom). A spacious living room opening onto a lovely terrace is ideal for gatherings of all kinds. The fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer) opens onto the spacious living room. You'll benefit from the concierge's made-to-measure services. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also at your disposal. The house is 300 meters from the shops. You can pick up your croissants, go to the market or take a dip in the sea on foot (allow a good 5 minutes for the descent and 10 minutes for the ascent via the alleyways). However, I do recommend that you use your car for larger shopping trips :) Also available are a ping-pong table, a basketball hoop, WiFi, books and games (boules, shuffleboard). Several cars can be parked in the street and suitcases unloaded in front of the front door (car access ramp in front of the house). To get to St Tropez, I ideally recommend taking the shuttle bus (les bateaux verts) from the port of Les Issambres or Sainte-Maxime.
