Villa Joséphine, just like in Los Angeles

In the heart of a quiet residential area, at the end of a small cul-de-sac, we rent our house).

We also offer an unusual experience in converted containers (overnight stays possible). We built ourselves a 56 m2 extension with 4 containers, 2 containers are already finished for a 26 m2 space with a sleeping area (160cm bed), a living area with television, a kitchenette and a shower room with WC.

The main house: A 70s villa designed by American architects in the style of the Los Angeles "case study house", integrated into the greenery with indoor-outdoor spaces that take advantage of the sunshine and the bucolic setting. We completely renovated the house and redesigned the spaces less than a year ago, using top-of-the-range materials and with originality. We hunted out original pieces, in the vein of the years of construction. Pop spirit, colorful and playful: we're big kids!

The house has 2 levels with a total surface area of 280 m², including :

Ground floor A large 80 m² living room, bathed in light with several accesses to the garden, giant-screen TV with chromecast, dining room, open kitchen with central island. 1 separate toilet, bathroom, master bedroom (160cm bed), children's bedroom (1cm bed) and office (convertible).

Lower floor: 100 m2 playroom-library area with table soccer, wine cellar, video projector, home cinema, chromecast, architect's table... + 2 bedrooms (140 beds): one with garden access. A shower room/ WC (board games, consoles...)

The 2000 m 2 garden is fully fenced and flat, with no onlookers. The setting is bucolic and sunny all year round. Main exposure is to the south, but the garden surrounds the house, giving access to the garden from all directions. (ping-pong table, basketball hoop, pétanque, molkky, giant chessboard, giant Mikado, XXL trampoline...)

1 secure 11mx6m kidney-shaped swimming pool with Roman steps and fountain. (salt water system). Deckchairs, garden furniture, plancha-braséro...

5 parking spaces, carport, wifi connection.

5 minutes from downtown Lyon. Nearby: A6 freeway, public transport (TCL 19, C6, 55) Close to shops + Techlid cluster, Ecole Centrale, EM Lyon, Institut Paul Bocuse.
