This room is designed to accommodate several beds. It has a 160 cm bed, a mezzanine with another 160 cm bed and a cosy area for the little ones at the back of the room.

Climb a few steps to reach the 1st floor, where you'll find the 2nd spacious air-conditioned bedroom, with a 160 cm bed, en-suite bathroom, toilet, dressing room and a large picture window offering a lovely view of the countryside and sea.

There's also a beautiful cellar space on this floor, with fridge and freezer.

The final steps lead up to the magnificent air-conditioned living room, measuring over 100 square meters and boasting quadruple exposure. It has been designed to take full advantage of nature, with large bay windows, a bioclimatic pergola with an opening roof, and multiple terraces and terraces bathed in sunshine from morning to night. The view is breathtaking at any time of day.

The living room opens directly onto the infinity pool with its reconstituted rock waterfall.

The kitchen opens onto the living room and terrace, creating a very convivial space in which to prepare your meals while admiring the superb 180-degree view, and enjoying the company of your guests.

Under the bioclimatic pergola, between the terrace and the kitchen, you can enjoy your meals on the large wooden table seating up to 14 people, facing the sea.

As the villa is built in a U-shape, you can admire the lovely swimming pool as well as the view, from every room.

At the rear of the house, on the forest side, a large terrace awaits you with a plancha, a relaxation area and a ping pong table.

Spa: above the pool, you can relax in the spa while enjoying the sublime view.
