The Villa is located in the center of Le Rayol with an extraordinary sea view. The beach is an 8-minute walk away. The ground floor offers a huge room with a cosy corner for brainstorming, a work table that can seat 15 people and a modular space that can be arranged to suit your needs: conference space / yoga space facing the sea / cocktail area opening onto the terrace with 3 large bay windows providing a very pleasant and inspiring inside-outside setting. Upstairs are the bedrooms. On the ground floor, an immense 40m2 kitchen with its central island offers a much-appreciated convivial space, overlooking the infinity pool and the sea. The terrace runs all around the house, offering a designer pool, a variety of spaces for outdoor work or photo shoots in an idyllic setting, as well as relaxation areas with a pétanque court and ping-pong table. A trampoline is available below the grounds. The pool is not heated in the off-season (November - March inclusive). The proximity of the internationally-renowned Rayol gardens and the sea, accessible on foot, contribute to making this an exceptional location.
