L'accès à l'océan est direct après quelques minutes à pied ou en vélo dans la forêt.

Our 200 m2 villa with swimming pool, completely renovated in 2016, is located in Cap-Ferret (Piraillan) on a 900 m2 enclosed wooded plot, comprising living room with fireplace, open-plan kitchen, six bedrooms and 6 bathrooms.
The house is quietly located in Piraillan, 80 meters from the beach and 100 meters from the oyster port.
The market and shops are a 5-minute walk away!
Access to the ocean is just a short walk or bike ride through the forest.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
