With a capacity of 8 to 10 people maximum (+possibility baby bed(s)) or 5 beds for 2 people, it is composed as follows:

• 3 very comfortable bedrooms, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed (comforter and 4 pillows), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe and 80 cm LED TV in 2 bedrooms; top-of-the-range bedding.
• Living/dining room with 2 convertible sofas each with a 140 x 200 cm bed, coffee table, TV cabinet and 102 cm LED TV, dining table for up to 12 people, 8 chairs, 4 stools.
• Fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, 4 induction hobs, hood, dishwasher, SENSEO coffee machine, toaster and kettle); table and 2 chairs.
• Bathroom with washing machine and dryer
• Bathroom with shower, double vanity unit, large cupboard and WC
• 1 separate WC
• 2 large east- and west-facing terraces of 20 and 10 m2. The 20 m2 terrace is equipped with an electric awning, table and chairs for up to 10 people and 2 deckchairs.
• Bed linen and towels are provided.
• Ironing board and iron
• All baby equipment can be supplied at no extra charge on request: cot, high chair, bath seat, bath cape, etc.
• A double garage in the basement with motorized doors + outdoor parking spaces (non-private).
• A bus stop is opposite the residence and a streetcar stop is a 10-minute walk away. You can reach the center of Strasbourg by bus, streetcar or car in 10 minutes.
• A supermarket is 1 kilometer away. Convenience stores (bakery, butcher's, tobacconist's, etc.) are in the village.
