The house offers direct access to the port, the strawberry grove and the beaches of the château. No need for a car, everything can be done on foot or by bike (rental at the port, a 2-minute walk from the house). If you arrive by train, the house is just a 5-minute walk from the station. The house has a ground floor with laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, American fridge, gas boiler). Upstairs is a large living room with sea views (balcony present, secure), around 50 m2 with kitchen-island and dining area, behind which is access to the lounge-library overlooking the garden of around 20-25m2.
