La nouvelle ligne C de métro est à distance de marche et vous permet d'atteindre le centre ville dans 25/30 minutes. A' proximité de l'appartement vous trouvez divers supermarchés, pizzerias, une pharmacie, poste de police, une église et beaucoup plus.

My apartment is a penthouse with a huge terrace on the outskirts of the University and General Hospital of Tor Vergata in Rome. In addition to having a space with - at least - two workstations, you can prepare your meals in the kitchenette, use the new bathroom and, last but not least, you can work (and smoke) at the outdoor table, almost all year round. The new metro line C is within walking distance and takes you to the city center in 25/30 minutes. Close to the apartment you'll find various supermarkets, pizzerias, a pharmacy, police station, church and much more.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
