The ground floor is fully accessible to people with reduced mobility and we provide : - a very large living room with fireplace and library, sofas and armchairs for 12 people, table football, TV and home cinema (140cm removable screen) with Böse dolby stereo surround. - a fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and south-facing terraces, with a fireplace and a cold room, very useful for groups and to keep the seafood platters cool. - a double bedroom and a playroom can be used as a resting room. - a cloakroom/laundry room with washing machine and dryer, and direct access to the garage and the fully enclosed courtyard where your pets can stay safely. - on the pool deck, a garden set with armchairs, tables and chairs.

Moreover, its location in Binic, equidistant from all the remarkable sites of the Côtes d'Armor: Bréhat Island, Paimpol, Dinan, Dinard, Saint-Malo, Perros-Guirec, Trégastel-Ploumanach ..., make it a privileged place for cultural and/or sports stays.
