La maison possède  une cuisine équipée ainsi qu'une arrière cuisine. Une arcade de jeux est à disposition pour les nostalgiques des video games. La grande terrasse en bois de 100m² possède une table pouvant accueillir 10 personnes, un grand salon de jardin ainsi qu'une plancha. La terrasse surplombe une piscine de 8x4 chauffée d'avril à octobre. 

Very pleasant, spacious, bright, tastefully decorated single-storey house, which can accommodate a dozen people at the table and in the living room in a spacious main area. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and a utility room. A games arcade is available for those nostalgic for video games. The large 100m² wooden terrace features a table seating 10, a large set of garden furniture and a plancha. The terrace overlooks an 8x4 swimming pool heated from April to October.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
