Nous vous attendons au coeur de Bologne, à 400m de Place Maggiore, de l'ancien marché du Quadrilatero, de l'ancienne Osteria del Sole, de l'Archiginnasio et de l'église de San Petronio dans un petit espace plein d'idées, des projets et des cultures différentes. 
Nous avons deux espaces lumineux et agréables pour accueillir entre 3 et 4 co-workers, start-upers ou freelances ou simplement nice people!
Notre factory se situe à proximité des nombreuses hotels, bed&breakfast et opportunités pour un petit café, ou pour déjeuner ou diner; la Gare de Bologna est très proche, plus au moins à 1,9 km et l'aéroport se trouve à 20 minutes de distance.

We're waiting for you in the heart of Bologna, 400m from Piazza Maggiore, the old Quadrilatero market, the former Osteria del Sole, the Archiginnasio and the church of San Petronio, in a small space full of ideas, projects and different cultures.
We have two bright and pleasant spaces to accommodate between 3 and 4 co-workers, start-ups, freelancers or just nice people!
Our factory is close to numerous hotels, bed & breakfasts and opportunities for a quick coffee, lunch or dinner; Bologna railway station is very close, at least 1.9 km away, and the airport is 20 minutes away.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
