In the heart of a typical hamlet in a peaceful setting, our house is the perfect place for a relaxing stay in a bucolic setting, with family or friends. On the first level, the house features a 60m² living space with a kitchen opening onto the living room. It opens onto a 50m² wooden terrace and a pleasant, fully-enclosed pleasure garden. The second level comprises 3 bedrooms, 1 large mezzanine and 1 bathroom with bath and shower. The accommodation The house is bright, modern and functional, with many spacious, open-plan rooms. During the day, the cathedral living room is bathed in light thanks to its three bay windows, making the house very breathable and comfortable. The south-east-facing terrace and enclosed garden let you enjoy the outdoors and the fresh regional air. Last but not least, 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets are very practical. Other comments The house has no direct neighbours, but its location in the heart of the hamlet means that neighbors are close by. It is therefore important for us to preserve the peace and quiet of this area. For this reason, the organization of parties is prohibited.

The outside parking area can accommodate up to 2 cars.
