• To the right of the stairs, in addition to the patio with the same view of the olive groves and terrace, there's a bathroom with a whirlpool bath. It also has a washbasin, a view of the olive trees and a WC.
• Further on is the pink bedroom with its king-size bed (180x200cm), flat-screen TV, chest of drawers and large wardrobe. The exterior offers a variety of spaces and moods:
• The living room opens onto the immense terrace with its panoramic view of the valley, ideal for shaded outdoor meals, a barbecue and a sitting area for sunset aperitifs.
• The 'Pool suite down' is a separate unit with its own terrace and garden furniture, featuring a double bed (160x200cm), flat-screen TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
• The 'Pool suite up', also a separate unit, is located under the olive trees overlooking the pool, with its own terrace and deckchairs, and features a double bed (160x200cm), flat-screen TV, wardrobe, chest of drawers and bathroom with shower, basin and WC.
• From the large terrace, majestic staircases lead up to the immense 18x7-meter infinity pool, 1.15 to 2 meters deep, from which you can admire the valley day and night. At night, the pool is adorned with a magical play of light, and is surrounded by sun loungers, coffee tables, armchairs, a lounge area with ornamental fireplace and an American fridge. A fully-equipped summer kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a sauna are planned for the summer of 2022.

The village of Tourrettes is one of the jewels of the Var, forming with Seillans and Fayence one of the region's golden triangles. The house is located in a quiet residential area close to the village, which is just a few minutes' walk away and where you'll find all the shops, bars and restaurants you need. Also close by are supermarkets and stores, as well as several local producers where you'll find cheese, meat, wine, foie gras and other delicacies. Excursions to the sandy beaches or coastal towns are a breeze, as the house is about 15 minutes from the Fayence/Les Adrets freeway exit, with St Raphael on one side and Cannes on the other at 2 exits. And for golf lovers, the Terres Blanches golf course is just 10 minutes away.
