Modern and spacious house in London

The space is on the ground floor of a terraced property. The space available is an open plan kitchen area with a very large table that sits 8 and a breakfast bar that accommodates 4 riders.

There is super fast broadband, a punch bag to have a break and let off some steam. The kitchen with a kettle for tea and coffee. During a break, you have access to the garden with areas to relax and unwind. The patio is bi-folding to allow more light and fresh air in.

We have Alexa and spotify for inspirational music and ambience. The table itself can convert to a pool table. It is a Riley's Pool table. And we have a retractable net to play table tennis on. There is a trampoline in the garden to have some fun on and get the blood circulating around the body to improve concentration! There is an Xbox and a Wii for break times. There is a ground floor toilet/cloakroom next to the kitchen.

It is a very quiet and peaceful space. The house is located off the A3 and has easy access to M25 by car and London Waterloo (30 minutes) by train.
