The bucolic mill

This superbly renovated 400m² former mill is located on the banks of the river, less than 100km from Paris, 1 hour by car or transilien (pass navigo). A true haven of peace between forest and river, it offers a charming, calm and bucolic setting ideal for your meetings, seminars, corporate events, wellness courses, film shoots and photo shoots!

The space is also fully equipped with a projector and screen for your presentations, connectivity, flipcharts and a fully-equipped kitchen with ground coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, microwave and two fridges.

In the main building, you can accommodate up to 20 people for an island meeting (10 around the same table), 20 in plenary and 30 standing. If you need extra space, we also have an annex building that can seat 8 people at a table and 15 on an island (this annex has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and two bedrooms).

As for the main building, the ground floor is totally open-plan, comprising a kitchen with a central island, a dining room and a living room, all totalling around 80m2. The dining room opens onto a small reading room overlooking the river, thanks both to the bay window and the glass slab on the floor, which lets you see the water pass right under your feet.

On the 1st floor there's a living room and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor, there's another living room and 2 bedrooms, each with a shared bathroom. Finally, on the top floor, there's a large space of 45m2, which can be used for seminars, relaxation, games...
