Le Moulin bucolique

This beautifully renovated old mill of 400m² is located on the riverside, less than 100km from Paris, 1h by car or transilien (pass navigo). A true haven of peace between forest and river, it offers a charming, calm and bucolic setting ideal for your meetings, seminars, corporate events, wellness courses, filming, photo shoots!

The space is also perfectly equipped with a projector and a screen for your presentations, connections, flipcharts, a fully equipped kitchen with a ground coffee machine, a kettle, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave and two fridges.

In the main building you will be able to welcome up to 20 people for an island meeting (10 around the same table), 20 in plenary and 30 standing. If you need more space, we also have an annex building that can seat 8 people at a table and 15 in an island (this annex building has a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, and two bedrooms).

As for the main building: the ground floor space is completely open, it is composed of a kitchen with a central island, the dining room and the living room, all of which is about 80m2. The dining room is open to a small reading room overlooking the river, both through the bay window and through the glass floor slab, which allows us to see the water passing right under our feet.

On the 1st floor there is a living room and 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor there is another living room and then 2 bedrooms with a common bathroom for them. Finally on the top floor, there is a large space of 45m2, which can be used as a room for seminars, relaxation, games...
