This large, quiet 200 m2 house (set back from the street by a pretty tree-lined path) opens onto a terrace and a 400 m2 garden with a 32 m2 swimming pool. The location is ideal, unoverlooked and surrounded by gardens, in the popular La Genette neighborhood. The sea, mall and beach are just a few meters away... La Genette is the most sought-after neighborhood in La Rochelle. Very quiet, residential, with essential small shops just a stone's throw from the house. To get to the historic center, all you have to do is walk along the magnificent coast (the sea is just a few minutes away on foot) through the parks and along the mall.

SALON-CUISINE

The 60 m2 living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen via double doors. For your comfort, it features club chairs, sofas and deep armchairs. A glass coffee table allows you to enjoy a snack next to the large stone Charentaise fireplace. A large extendable table allows 20 people to sit together. The kitchen's large stone table comfortably seats 6. A desk and folding table are also available.

TERRACE-POOL

From spring to mid-autumn, the terrace extends the living room. The marble table is protected by a large electric awning. Even on rainy days, you can enjoy the outdoors! The heated pool (May 24 to September 30) is equipped with a safety shutter to prevent any risk of accident.
