Renovated stone farmhouse in quiet village center with contemporary decor, 1 hour from Paris near Fontainebleau.

You'll find a 40m2 living room with mezzanine (+swing, trapeze), 2 large sofas and armchairs (12 people max.) and a wood-burning fireplace. You're sure to enjoy your meetings or one-day seminars in a restful, bright and warmly decorated setting.

As I'm on site, I can offer you a number of optional services so that you can concentrate solely on your meeting.

Here's a way to disconnect from your usual environment while working... You'll have a view of the courtyard/patio (120 m2) and the wooden terrace (300 m2) with heated pool (12x4), outdoor sofas, very large wooden table and an all-season heated bubble. The open-plan living room/kitchen with island (50m2) welcomes you for your lunch or other occasional shoot...(all utensils are available to accommodate a chef too), the table can accommodate 12 guests.

For film shoots, commercials or other events, here's more information: the house has 8 bedrooms. A wooden extension includes a 33 m2 full-length dressing room. 3 staircases lead up to the bedrooms.

Parking for 5/6 cars is available on the property, and a parking lot is located right next to the house.
