You will find the living room with mezzanine (+ swing, trapeze) making 40m2 on the ground with 2 large sofas and armchairs (12 people max) and its fireplace on wood fire. You will be able to appreciate your meetings, small seminars of one day in a restful, luminous atmosphere with a warm and neat decoration.

Being on site, I offer you some optional services so that you can only concentrate on your appointment.

Here's a way to disconnect from your usual environment while working... You will have seen on the courtyard/patio (120 m2) and on the wooden terrace (300 m2) with heated swimming pool (12x5), outdoor sofas, very large wooden table and a bubble heated in all seasons. The living room/open kitchen of 50m2 welcomes you for your lunch or other in case of shooting...(all the necessary utensils are available to welcome a chef as well ), the table can accommodate 12 guests.

For filming, advertising or other; here are other information: the house has 8 bedrooms: 1 teenager, 2 girls, 1 boy, 1 with living room and wood stove, 2 with king size beds, 1 bathroom, 1 bathroom, a rectangular wooden extension including a dressing room of 33 m2 in length and always in a contemporary decoration. 3 staircases lead to the bedrooms.

You can park 5/6 cars in the property and there is a small parking lot right next to the house.
