Magnificent property in the Normandy countryside

We live in a completely renovated old farmhouse, with white bricks and a slate roof, in the Normandy countryside (4000m2 in total). Quiet and atypical, the setting is sublime, with nothing overlooked: just nature, 800-year-old oak trees and breathtaking sunsets! Passionate about crossfit and sport in general, we've installed an indoor gym, as well as a large structure with an outdoor practice area. We also have a part of the house that is a gîte, which you can find on Airbnb under the name "l'Haltère Ego".

The spaces available for rent are

• the entire exterior (4000m2), with automatic gates and parking for 5 to 8 cars (or more)
• the 60m2 gîte with 4 beds, fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. All bed linen and towels are included, as is cleaning.
• the lower part of our home, including a large living room with corner sofa and wood-burning insert, as well as an entire bar area in rough-hewn wood, where 10 people can be seated around it. The kitchen and sanitary facilities can also be used.
• the terrace, with table and 6 chairs, outdoor poufs, deckchairs and lounge chairs...
• conditional sports facilities
