Please note that parties, events and celebrations are not allowed outside on the south-facing terrace after 10pm, as the villa is located right in the center of town. On the other hand, inside, with its large common room and games room, parties are possible, but doors are closed after 10pm (11pm in summer) and outside noise is reasonable during the day.

GOOD TO KNOW La Ciotat is located on the Mediterranean, on the edge of the Parc National des Calanques, and offers a wealth of walks and water sports. La Ciotat is the cradle of cinema, with the oldest cinema in the world still in operation, renovated of course, and other cinemas on the Place du Marché Évariste Gras (200 m from the residence).
