10 mn from REIMS and 20 mn from EPERNAY. This house was built for the POMMERY family around 1880, in the middle of a large UNESCO-listed park (5,500 m2,) is Le LOFT. In a Champagne village, surrounded by vines and close to the forest.

Spacious living-dining room: Original and meticulous decoration: original design furniture from different periods, Groovy armchairs by designer Pierre PAULIN (1973), who, among other things, designed the Palais de L'Elysée with this model of armchair for President Georges POMPIDOU. From Le LOFT, you'll have a breathtaking view of the park (illuminated at night) and the city of REIMS with its famous Cathedral. It features garden furniture by the great designer PHILIPPE STARCK. Scattered throughout the park: six vintage rocking chairs from the 60s, art installations, small garden furniture, numerous waterfalls....
