When you arrive at 5 Grande Rue Saint Michel and face the red gate under the building's porch, enter code *9347 .

Then walk over to letterbox No. 72 to ALAUX Jean-Baptiste, open it and you'll see the first coded key box. I'll send you the 4-digit code for the key box to your Airbnb mailbox or sms the day before or the same day. With this code, you'll get 3 items:

• the black plastic box to open the large red gate and let your vehicle into the condominium,

• the flat, rounded badge to open the ground-floor entrance door between the letterboxes, and the wicket door next to the red gate through which you entered on foot,

• a cabinet key (where the electricity meters are located) or, more commonly, an L-shaped metal bar.

IMPORTANT: Please enter the key box code, out of sight, and don't forget to mix it up as soon as you close the key box and collect the box + badge + cabinet key.

If you have a motorized vehicle, drive up to the 2 preauts on the left; my parking space is number 2 (number on the ground, although a little faded) on the left, facing the building.

Take the elevator to the 6th floor and when you get off, my apartment is directly the door on the left. Use the cabinet key to open the electric meter cabinet located almost opposite the elevator. You may not need it if the door is not completely closed.

Inside, at a height of about 1.70 m, you'll see a second grey key box. Open the grey flap, then enter the 4-digit code I've given you for this second box to retrieve the apartment's FICHET key.

Here too, please proceed out of sight and don't forget to mix the code when you close the key box.

Once you've entered the apartment, you can pick up the chrome bar with the wifi code on it from the white cabinet in the entrance hall, and add it to the rest of your keys (badge, box, mailbox key, FICHET apartment key), the idea being to create a single set of keys that's easier to carry around during your stay. Please put this chrome bar in the same place when you leave.

Don't forget to lock the apartment when you leave.

Use the cupboard key to deposit the apartment key as you did when you left (open and lock the key box).

When you are on the first floor of the building, please deposit your key in the key box in my 72 letterbox:

• the badge

• cupboard key

-the gate's plastic box (don't forget to open the gate first to engage and disengage your vehicle XD )

PLEASE, ALWAYS PROCEED OUT OF SIGHT AND ABOVE ALL, DON'T FORGET TO MIX UP THE NUMBERS WHEN CLOSING THE KEY BOXES. THE SECURITY OF MY APARTMENT DEPENDS ON IT.
