Atypical workspace

This workspace is located in the historic Magasins Réunis building opposite Nancy railway station. Emphasis was placed on sound insulation, ventilation and air conditioning. The workplace is divided into 2 areas, the one proposed here is in the converted attics of the building. It's an atypical and cosy place in an industrial atmosphere. The 100m2 space (conviviality area with fully-equipped kitchen + 2 meeting rooms of 9 and 20m2) can be privatized for weekends or evenings. Rates are indicative but will be adjusted according to need.
