Dans un bâtiment type industriel vous trouverez des espaces aménagés dans des containers. Bureaux isolés, salle de réunion, espace de travail, salons, cuisine type food truck guinguette. Un espace atypique, moderne et plaisant à 20 minutes du centre de Lyon pouvant accueillir aussi bien une personne seule qu'une trentaine de riders pour des événements.

La salle de réunion se trouve au rez-de-chaussée et peut accueillir jusqu'à 16 personnes à table et 25 personnes en format amphithéâtre pour des présentations ou des conférences. 
L'ensemble de l'espace du bas (environ 300m2) peut être loué le soir pour des évènements type cocktail ou en journée pour des productions, tournages. 



In an industrial-type building, you'll find spaces fitted out in containers. Isolated offices, meeting rooms, workspaces, lounges, food truck-style kitchen. An atypical, modern and pleasant space, just 20 minutes from the center of Lyon, that can accommodate a single person as well as around 30 riders for events.

The meeting room is on the first floor and can accommodate up to 16 people at tables and 25 in amphitheater format for presentations or conferences.
The entire downstairs space (approx. 300m2) can be rented out in the evening for cocktail-style events, or during the day for productions and film shoots.

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
