Large Period Room in an 18th century Chateau

Située à Marseille au coeur du quartier Mazargues, cette villa est une Maison de construction 1910, classé monument historique.  La villa est dans son jus mais très bien conservée  compte tenu des 105 année qui la sépare de notre époque.
Avec deux plateaux exploitables d'environ 200 m2 chacun, la villa offre des éléments typiques de l'époque : Moulure, carreaux ciment, surface, hauteur de plafonds, boiserie, lustres, miroirs etc. 
Son jardin attenant d'environ 1000 m2 dispose d'un puit, d'un kiosque et est très largement arboré d'arbres plantés l'année de la construction. 
Il est possible d'apporter des modifications au lieu en fonction des besoins.


Located in Marseille, in the heart of the Mazargues district, this villa was built in 1910 and is a listed historic monument.  The villa is in its original state, but very well preserved given the 105 years that separate it from our era.
With two usable floors of around 200 m2 each, the villa offers typical features of the period: molding, cement tiles, surfaces, ceiling heights, woodwork, chandeliers, mirrors, etc.
The adjoining garden (approx. 1000 m2) features a well, a gazebo and a large number of trees planted in the year of construction.
Modifications can be made as required.

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! **2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
