House with garden, pool and fireplace

On the ground floor, the first part consists of a meeting area of approx. 15m² that can accommodate 6 to 8 people, and an office area of approx. 20/25m² that can accommodate up to 4 computer workstations or be transformed into a meeting table for 12 people (2 tables 140x140cm). This first part includes sockets, RJ45 plugs and wifi access via fiber, and a Sonos loudspeaker.

The second part is the living area of approx. 50m², comprising a kitchen area opening onto the living room. A large island with adjoining bar can be used for cooking demonstrations, and a high table extending from the island can seat 6 to 10 people (or up to 10 when the table is detached from the island). The living area features a large sofa, a fireplace, a TV (HDMi and Chromecast plugs) and a Sonos speaker. The living area opens onto the garden and its town pool (10m²). A table can seat 8 guests, while a garden lounge can accommodate 6/8.

A checkroom is available on request. Circulation between these spaces and the sanitary facilities complete the surface area of the ground floor. (In meeting / coworking mode, only the ground floor is accessible).

The first floor can be made available on request and at custom rates, or in filming mode. It comprises 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet, and a terrace overlooking the garden, accessible from two of the bedrooms.
