Our charming country house is located in Étriché, a peaceful little village a few km from a beautiful river where you can enjoy picturesque walks and fishing. Amenities such as shops, medical services, markets and pharmacies are just 5 km from the house, and the city of Angers is easily accessible by car at 25 km. The city is packed with cultural attractions, including the Château d'Angers, the Musée des Beaux-Arts, the David d'Angers gallery and the Terra Botanica park, making for a captivating urban excursion.

The house itself is laid out over three levels: on the first floor, you'll find a large kitchen and spacious living room overlooking the garden and pool, as well as a storeroom, carport, bathroom and toilet. On the second floor, you'll find three bedrooms and a toilet, and on the second floor, a large interactive meeting room for up to 10 people.
