Notre maison est située dans le centre de Bordeaux (proche place Saint-Michel). Elle est composée de 3 étages : 

- Le rez-de-chaussée : une cuisine ouverte avec 3 tables de fermes, des réfrigérateurs, 2 micro-ondes, un évier, un lave-vaisselle, machine à café, bouilloire + vestiaire et sanitaires (2).
Une grande salle de réunion interactive pour 35 / 40 personnes (assises). 

- Le 1er étage et Le 2ème étage : ces espaces sont les bureaux de 4 startups bordelaises 🫶🦄

Notre lieu est la destination idéale pour vos activités professionnelles : workshops, meet-ups, événements, productions...

Our house is located in the center of Bordeaux (near Place Saint-Michel). It has 3 floors:

- First floor: open kitchen with 3 farm tables, refrigerators, 2 microwaves, sink, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle + checkroom and sanitary facilities (2).
A large interactive meeting room for 35 / 40 people (seated).

- 1st floor and 2nd floor: these are the offices of 4 Bordeaux startups 🫶🦄

In order to help your clients picture themselves et your space, we strongly encourage you to  structure your description as follows:

**1.** Write a short introduction that contextualizes your space: what is the neighbourhood like? What is the space’s look and feel? What are it’s main characteristics?

*Example : This house is located in the 10th disctrict of Paris (close to the Jemmapes docks). It boasts of a large atrium opening on to a 200 sqm garden not overlooked, which gives the impression of being in the countryside! This unique place in Paris is ideal for all your professional activities like workshops, seminars, events, productions…*


**2.** Describe the place in itself: How is it broken down? What furniture and equipment is included in the rental of the main work/living area.

*Example: The house is divided in 4 main areas:*
*In the basement: a gameroom + a storage room and a cloakroom*
*On the ground floor : a living room opening on the atrium with an open kitchen with all the necessary utensils for an in-house chef*
*On the first floor: a relaxation room with two small rooms for 6 to 10 pax seated*
*On the 2nd floor: you will find a meeting room with 3 oval tables seating 20 people*
